Summer Research Experience (SRE) 

Accepted MARC Trainees are required to spend one summer offsite conducting research at another institution in the United States. MARC funds up to $3500 for domestic travel. Please note that most summer research opportunity programs will have applications that open in late fall and deadlines in January – March. Therefore we encourage students to begin their search and applications in fall quarter. MARC students are also encouraged to investigate summer research opportunities not included on this list.
